After two years of COVID-19 lockdowns and precautions, the Parksville Lawn Bowling Club is ready to roll once again.
The club is holding its annual open house on April 16, April 17 and April 23 from 1-4 p.m.
The public is invited to come down, tour the facilities and try their hand at lawn bowling. Interested participants just need to wear flat-soled shoes and comfortable clothing.

The game shares a lot of similarities with curling and chess. It is gentle exercise and a very social game. The club wants you to come and see why bowls is such a popular activity for all ages.
As a reminder, masks are not required, but vaccination cards are required if entering the clubhouse, located at 149 E. Stanford.
