“It was a highly contested battle in gusty conditions,” said team assistant Stuart Kirk, adding the Storm, which pencil in three local players, “dominated the midfield and had most of the possession.”

The Storm, who compete in the high performance Vancouver Island Premier League, will travel to Richmond in two weeks to take on DSG (Delta Select Girls) in the provincial final.
