The Parksville Chamber of Commerce is making plans to bring back its popular Summer by the Sea Street Market on Craig Street in June.
The Tuesday evening event has been missing from Craig Street in Parksville the last two years due to COVID-19. It has been set up at the parking lot at the Parksville Tourist Information Centre the last two summers.
Now in its 18th year, the chamber is organizing a full market that would run from June 14 until Aug. 30. In the past, it featured more than 150 vendors.

The market is popular with locals and visitors looking for a unique experience. An eclectic mix of local merchants, artisans, craftspeople, farmers, entertainers and of course food vendors. There is something for everyone.
The Summer by the Sea Street Market is an economic benefit to the community. It helps to increase the number of visitors to Parksville’s downtown and is a great weekday event for those visiting the area.
For those planning to be one of the vendors at the market, pre-registration is now available at www.parksvillechamber.com/events/summer-by-the-sea-market
