April is the Canadian Cancer Society’s Daffodil Month, during which volunteers are selling pins as a badge of courage in recognition of the fight against cancer.
Their storefront and door to door money and awareness raising campaign culminates in National Daffodil Day, Wednesday, April 27.
It is the society’s largest fundraiser and the money raised helps local communities.
