With COVID-19 restrictions hampering plans for the usual July 1 celebrations in Parksville Qualicum Beach, you can still celebrate a ‘Virtual Canada Day’.
The Parksville and District Chamber of Commerce Visitor Centre has produced a video featuring a Canada Day parade, Thrifty Foods Parksville cake-cutting, entertainment and a virtual fireworks display.
