The Canadian Blood Services mobile team will be in Town of Qualicum Beach today from noon to 6:45 p.m.
Due to a cancellation of a blood donation event in another community, they will be at the Qualicum Beach Civic Centre again, 747 Jones St.

There is an immediate need for blood as demand is rising. The Canadian Bood Services is counting on the community to come out and help them fill the open spots.
