Parksville will host the Metaphysical Psychic and Holistic Fair on Sept. 10.
The all ages event, with free admission, runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Parksville Community Centre on Mills Street (223 Mills St).
Thirty-five vendors will be on site, including those offering Reiki healing, tarot card reading and local authors promoting their books, according to Eva Grodt, organizer. Crystals and gemstones will also be for sale.

“It’s a really metaphysical, holistic environment,” she said. “And you can learn so many different ways about wellness and food you should eat. It’s all around well-being.”
Grodt, who organizes the fair a few times a year, said her favourite part is the positive energy and atmosphere.
“It’s the smiles on people’s faces, it’s the energy,” she said.
