The Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 49, Mt. Arrowsmith, held a scaled-down Remembrance Day ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 11 due to COVID-19 restrictions.
The small ceremony at the Parksville Cenotaph featured no parade, a small Colour Party and wreaths were in place before the ceremony began. Those attending practised physical distancing and masks were recommended.
