The Malloomba Boogie Band from Port Alberni is back in Coombs this weekend, set to put the groove back in the steps of local residents.
The six-piece band is well known in the area for bringing people to their feet with well-loved rock n’ roll beats from artists like The Rolling Stones, Creedence Clearwater Revival and Van Morrison.
The group plays this Saturday April 30 from 8 p.m. to midnight at the Coombs Community Hall, located at the Rodeo Grounds.
Tickets are $15 at Cranky Dog Music in Parksville, Back Road Java in Errington, Coombs General Store and the Shoe Inn in Qualicum Beach. Tickets will be $20 at the door.
