A concert this weekend with The Parksville and District Community Choir will celebrate spring with light choral favorites.
The 45 voice, mixed-choir will perform Timeless Treasures, a concert featuring Pachelbel Canon, Ol’ Man River and Lullaby of Broadway among other familiar spiritual, sacred and secular works.
The choir, led by conductor Ann Barber, will be accompanied by pianist Margaret Nelson.
The concert happens this Sunday, April 17 at 2:30 p.m. at Knox United Church.
Tickets are available from Mulberry Bush Book Stores and at the door.
Tickets are $15, $12 for seniors and students.
