Learn about wildlife while playing games, making crafts and celebrating family this Saturday.
It’s the North Island Wildlife Recovery Association’s Family Day, where kids can get their faces painted, jump on the Big Bounce, get a balloon animal and see birds up close and personal.
There will be food and refreshments available and volunteers on-site to answer questions. Entry is by donation which gives entry to the main grounds.
The event happens from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1240 Leffler Rd. in Errington. For more information visit www.niwra.org.
