Qualicum Beach’s Village Theatre will be able to seat a full house just in time for the opening of their next play.
With the news from Minister of Health, Adrian Dix, and provincial health officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry, indoor organized gatherings will no longer have a seating capacity restriction, starting Feb. 16.

According to ECHO Players president, Alistair McVey, the upcoming play, Sylvia, which opens for a three-week run on Thursday, Feb. 17, will have 100 per cent seating capacity.
Regulations for vaccine cards and face masks for indoor gatherings will still be in place.
