Are rocket heaters the answer?

I have read numerous letters to the editor from people that find wood heat a useful and necessary choice.

I have also read numerous letters of concern about the damages of smoke. While the disagreement continues, no solution has become apparent.

Perhaps an easy answer: rocket heaters. A wood stove that requires far less fuel to provide the same heat, and gives off minimal smoke. Problem solved!

And, if someone were sufficiently interested, perhaps a local small industry?
