If you ever want to see where stop does not mean stop just venture down to Wembley Road and Wright.
I’m not talking about the people who almost stop, I’m talking about the people who barely touch the brake.
On the very rare occasion that police are present where do you suppose they sit? Right at the intersection where everyone can see them a mile away.
It acts as a deterrent only for the short time they are there.
It would be erring on the side of caution to say at least 1- cars per hour run those stop signs during most of the day. So why not enforce the laws?
It’s the same people every day doing it. This is my neighbourhood, protect it.
