I think the rezoning of the West Jensen lot is a great idea, but drop the retail aspect mentioned.
It is the perfect site for the much-maligned supportive housing project proposed, and opposed, for 222 Corfield St.
Where better than right next to city hall, where council members would be able to monitor the site every time they attend a meeting?
Bravo, Parksville for such a bold move.
