The Eastern coast of Vancouver Island should be a world-class model for providing water to satisfy all of the requirements.
We live in the enviable location where natural precipitation and topography are perfectly aligned.
Throughout history societies have used abundant cool, clean water at high elevation and gravity to provide water for multiple uses at lower elevations.
Are we as smart as ancient societies? I don’t think so.
