A free presentation sharing backyard tricks and tips for maintaining healthy, organic shade gardens, orchards or backyard forests will happen at Cannor Nursery this weekend with Simon Hart, the Organic Mechanic from Abbotsford.
Hart is the Senior Technical Advisor for Greenstar Plant Products and has given a number of seminars at Cannor in the past. The Brant Festival event will celebrate trees, during this United Nations designated International Year of Forests, and will enable residents to become part of the Billion Tree campaign.
