The Theatre BC North Island Zone Drama Festival started over the weekend at the Capitol Theatre in Port Alberni, continues this week.
Six North Island clubs from Parksville, Courtenay, Nanaimo, Qualicum Beach, Campbell River and Port Alberni will be presenting at this year’s event, which runs through May 28.
The lineup includes comedy, drama, tragedy and thrillers.
On Thurs., May 26 Echo Players (Qualicum Beach) present Lettice and Lovage.
