A driver was sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a single-vehicle crash in Nanoose Bay on April 15.

Oceanside RCMP and BC EHS responded to the incident near the intersection of Highway 19 at Northwest Bay Logging Road at approximately 4:10 p.m., according to Sgt. Shane Worth of the Oceanside RCMP.

The driver’s dog was taken to a veterinary clinic, also with non-life-threatening injuries, according to police.
