A ‘Freedom Rally’ will be be held Saturday, Dec. 19 at noon, starting at city hall in Parksville.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own custom signs such as ‘No to mandatory masks’ or ‘No to Lockdown’.
Organizers said they plan to engage in “casual and persuasive conversation” with anybody who shows interest in or intrigued by their civic action.
