Two people were taken to hospital following a two-vehicle incident at the traffic light in front of Wembley Mall in Parksville on Dec. 12.
Emergency responders were called to incident that happened at approximately 5:40 p.m.

According to Oceanside RCMP, the investigation determined that the traffic lights at the time were green but one of the vehicles turned left in front of the vehicle travelling straight through the intersection.
Two people were transported by ambulance to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. They were later released.
