A STELLAR EVENING: Raw oysters from Stellar Bay Foods and Fanny Bay were a big hit with the hundreds of people who packed the Qualicum Beach Civic Centre on Saturday night for the Qualicum Beach Rotary Club's annual Wine Fest.
