Trudy Coates wants to make sure Qualicum Beach residents aren’t disappointed when they go to the polls on Nov. 19.
Coates, the chief election officer for the town, stressed that voters who were listed on the provincial voters list, should not have to register again.

If you are not on the town’s list of electors, you can still register when you vote at advance voting or on General Voting Day with two documents to prove who you are, such as a driver’s licence, BC ID card, Care Card, SIN card, tax document or bill.
