DEMO TIME: The old Post and Lantern at the corner of Lombardy Street and the Island Highway in Parksville is being demolished this week. In March of 2014, Radcliffe Developments presented city council with a plan it said would change the look of an entrance to the City of Parksville with a 29-unit condo/retail complex. Recently, city council passed a bylaw changing the zoning of the land to allow Radcliffe's proposal.
