A joint local project is aiming to help people access and maintain housing in the area.
The Oceanside Task Force on Homelessness and the Island Crisis Care Society is aiming to raise money to benefit local people in accessing and maintaining housing. Funds donated will be matched until these funds, provided by the Bienfaisance Foundation, run out. These funds are running out fast however, as a host of other social service fundraising campaigns throughout B.C. claim the same dollars.
