The RCMP are investigating a theft from some industrial machinery that occurred sometime over the past weekend in Whiskey Creek, near Little Qualicum Falls.
Corporal Jesse Foreman said the owner and operator of the equipment called the RCMP after a Monday morning discovery that his equipment had been tampered with.
Stolen was over 300 gallons of diesel fuel and two industrial batteries.
