MIND, BODY, SPIRIT: There were palm readings, tarot card readings, mini iridology sessions, massages and pulsed electro magnetic frequency treatments along with makeup, art, music, hula hoops and more at the first annual Mind Body Spirit Expo at the Quality Inn Bayside on Saturday.
