A new position of General Manager of Operations has been created in School District 69, following the retirement of Operations and Maintenance Manager Earl Billingsley.

Dino Stiglich has been appointed to the new position. Acting Superintendent Rollie Koop told The NEWS that Billingley’s retirement afforded the district the opportunity to change the structure of district positions.

Stiglich has more than 10 years of public sector experience in education. He was employed as the Supervisor of Transportation for North East School Division in Melfort, Saskatchewan since 2009.
