Electoral Area F (Coombs, Hilliers, Errington, Whiskey Creek, Meadowood) is currently going through the process of a governance and services study.

A draft interim report has already been presented to the study committee and has been reviewed in detail by the consultants Neilson Strategies Inc and Leftside Partners Inc.

The information in the report will form the basis of the community engagement, which the study committee aims to use to identify and understand the interests and concerns of the community relating to Area F’s current governance and service framework.

The study committee will meet again on Sept. 21, at the Bradley Centre, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Public open houses have also been scheduled to provide residents, First Nations and stakeholders an opportunity to learn more about governance and services and provide feedback.
