Parksville council wrapped up the public portion of its Sept. 21 special council meeting in record time — just two minutes and 24 seconds.
Council voted to give three readings to Permissive Taxation Exemption Bylaw, 2022, No. 1581.
The Sept. 19 regular meeting was canceled in recognition of the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.
