The Qualicum Beach Community Hall will be temporarily closed June 1 to July 26. The closure is for renovations to the washrooms. Corporate administrator Heather Svensen said the renovations will be a “total overhaul” of the washrooms.
Svensen said council set aside $150,000 for the project in the current budget.
The building will be closed to the public during the renovations.
The hall is used almost daily for community groups and events.
