PARKSVILLE — The City of Parksville’s engineering department recently evaluated tenders for public stairs down to the beach at the end of Sunray Rd., but none were within the city’s approved budget.
The department concluded that it is not possible to award a contract at this time and the project will be reevaluated and a tender reissued, hopefully in early 2013.
