The Town of Qualicum Beach is selling a vacant lot on 189 Sunningdale Road West.
The town has put out a for sale notice for the small lot, 962 square metres in size. The cost is $600,000.
The Residential 1 zoned property can be subdivided into two lots and under the Official Community Plan designation the lot is for open to multi-family or single-family development.

Anyone wishing to make an offer must submit a sealed envelope/package, marked with the purchaser’s name and marked ‘offer to purchase 189 Sunningdale’.
All offers must be received by March 22 at noon to: 201-660 Primrose St., Qualicum Beach, B.C., V9K 1S7.
