Traffic was backed up on the highway Friday afternoon after a three-vehicle collision in Nanoose Bay.
However, said Oceanside RCMP Corporal Jesse Foreman said nobody was seriously injured in the crash. The collision occurred, he said, when a driver failed to yield while making a left from onto the highway just past 4 p.m.
Foreman said police issued a violation ticket to the driver of the offending vehicle.
