INJURY INCIDENT: The lone occupant of a 2003 Ford F150 was taken to hospital in Nanaimo Thursday after his truck travelled about 50 feet into the trees, off the side of the Alberni Highway at Smithers Road in Errington. According to Cpl. Jessie Foreman, RCMP did not believe alcohol was involved and the 54-year-old man was released from hospital by next day. The Parksville and Errington fire departments assisted B.C. Ambulance at the scene.
