TAKE NOTICE, all creditors, heirs or any other person who may have an interest in the manufactured home of Garry Thomas Groth, that Gabriel Pires owner of Pires Mobile Home Park, pursuant to section 37 of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act, intends to take possession of and sell the manufactured home owned by Garry Thomas Groth located at #48 1714 Alberni Hwy Coombs BC.
The proceeds of the sale shall be applied to unpaid rent costs and other fees of storage, advertising, legal and other fees to dispose of said manufactured home. Any person who objects or wishes to make a claim must do so by sending notice within 30 days of the date of this notice to:
