NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
A development application has been submitted to the Town of Qualicum Beach for the property located at 230/250/270 Rupert Road East. You are invited to join PRISM LAND SURVEYING LTD., (the “Applicant”) at a meeting to discuss the application.
Date: January 31, 2024
Time: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Meeting Location: Rotary House, 211 Fern Rd W, Qualicum Beach
The meeting will begin with a formal presentation at 4pm by the Applicant.
The legal descriptions of the properties are:
Strata Lots 2, 3 and 4, District Lot 78, Newcastle District, Strata Plan VIS6641
This application is being made to amend the zoning from Rural 3 (A3) to Comprehensive Development Zone 20 (CD20) in order to allow the conversion of the garden centre to a residence.
The meeting is being held by the Applicant in compliance with Town of Qualicum Beach Policy. The Applicant will present details of the application and proposed development, receive input from members of the community, and respond to questions.
