McColm, Agnes “Aggie”
Passed away peacefully at Nanaimo Regional Hospital on November 16, 2005 at the age of 87 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Harold of 66 years of marriage; last surviving sibling Clarence of North Vancouver; three children; nine grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren. Agnes was predeceased by her brother Anthony who was killed in action during WW11, Sister Kathleen and Brother Desmond. She was a longtime member of the Eagle Crest Golf Club where she was club champion for nine years. She was also a member of the Catholic Women’s League at Ascension Catholic Church, Parksville.
Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at Ascension Catholic Church. Interment of her cremated remains will be held at
Oceanview Cemetery in Burnaby.
The family wishes to express special thanks to the
nursing staff on the 3rd floor at Nanaimo Regional Hospital for their care and compassion during Agnes’s time there.
