Aileen is predeceased by husband Herb and son Joe. She is survived by daughters Rena Large (Lane) Powell River, Brenda Dodds (Tom) Parksville, Joanne Husband (Glen) Nanaimo, grand children Chris, Mike, Rebecca, Paul, Kevin and Greg. Great-Grandchildren Jaden, Kylah, Kaleb and Noah.
Mom loved her garden, she was also talented at needlework and enjoyed playing and teaching the organ. She was in her glory watching her sports on TV.
Her family and special friends Eldyne Mathews meant the world to her and Velda Jones who also just recently passed.
She was loved and friendly to everyone who met her.
We will miss her but take comfort in knowing she is at peace now.
