Armand “Herb” van Dyk
Herb passed away surrounded by family on
November 13, 2013 at NRGH at the age of
60 after a short battle with cancer.
Beloved father, brother, uncle and friend, he is survived by his two daughters Brianne and Angela, companion Joanne and many other loving family members. Herb will be dearly missed by all that new him.
A gathering in Herb’s honour will be held
at the Barclay Hotel in Port Alberni,
December 1st from 1 – 3 p.m.
