Sadly, on November 1, 2016 Barry passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family with great dignity through Assisted Dying At Home after a courageous struggle with Cancer. Barry was predeceased by his son, David and his brother, Wayne.
Morna and Barry enjoyed a full and active cottage life after early retirement from Dow Chemical. He loved to spend time outdoors at his home on Salt Spring Island gardening, golfing, wood turning, and building model trains. Barry loved playing Old Timers Hockey with the Old Crows in Sidney for many years.
