Clason, Bernice Germaine (Gailloux)
July 27, 1933 – June 7, 2014
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mother, sister, grandma and great grandma. Bernice is predeceased by, her husband Doug, daughter Barb and brother Ray. Mom is survived by, her son Glen (Lisa), daughter Lori Jones (Tom), sister Yvonne, brother Allan, 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Bernice was born in Saskatchewan but raised with her siblings in the Port Alberni Valley by her parents Albert and Jeanne Gailloux. Later she met and married Doug and had three children before moving to the Qualicum area.
Although she had a full working life her favorite career was caring for the elderly at Arranglen Lodge. She continued to care for everyone around her, her entire life.
Mom was a wonderful mother, grandma, and a loving person to all that knew her. She always had a kind word and a warm smile to share.
We love you Mom now and for always.
