In Loving Memory ~

Bill Inglee passed away on February 13 in Vancouver after a short illness.

Bill was predeceased by his parents William "Jack" and Lyn Inglee, who lived in Qualicum Beach after retirement.

Bill is survived by his loving wife, Angela Wheelock, his stepson Brendan Moore, his daughter-in-law Kelly Wang and many loving friends.

Bill was born in Edmonton on August 1st, 1955. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 1984 and spent his career as a journalist. He worked in Alberta during his early career and later moved to the Lower Mainland where he worked as editor of The Surrey Leader, editor of The Langley News, managing editor of 24 Hours, and a variety of positions at The Vancouver Sun.

Bill moved to Qualicum Beach after retirement in 2016. He moved to Parkwood at 440 Schley Place and served for several years as the strata chair there.

His wife, Angela, joined him in Qualicum in 2018 and they spent five happy years in the community, moving back to Vancouver in June, 2023.

Bill had many interests including photography, travelling, cooking and scale modelling. Bill also volunteered for many years as a navigator with Air Search and Rescue in BC.

A memorial service is planned for May.
