GOODMAN, Claudette L. (nee Paine)
Born Sept. 12, 1933 in Prince Albert, Sask. Passed away peacefully June 7, 2003, after a courageous battle with cancer.Survived by Ches her husband and best friend for over 55 years and her children Cliff (Ying) of Qualicum Beach, Joli (Brian) of Edmonton, Howard (Lissa) of Kamloops and Stuart (Margaret) of Langley. Also survived by six adored grandchildren: Tom, Peter, Elizabeth, Carolyn, Brayden and Kendra.
Claudette was raised in Burnaby and moved to Qualicum Beach in 1992. She enjoyed curling, fishing and was an active member of the Eaglecrest Golf Club in Qualicum Beach.
In accordance with Claudette’s wishes, there will be no service.
Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated. Special thanks to the nurses at Nanaimo Hospital who took special care of Claudette during her illness.
