It is with heartbreaking news we announce the passing of our brother David Allen Prescott.
David grew up in Prince Rupert, BC, and later in life he moved to Vancouver Island.
David had various hobbies – working with wood was his gift – from building tables, carving canes and whittling wood. He was an avid fisherman and loved playing hockey and working out.
Never having children of his own, David took joy in being involved with his many nieces and nephews when possible.
David leaves behind 6 siblings and their children – the oldest John (Patsy), & children Kurtis & Adam; Brad (Barb), Michael (Tammy) & children Kory, Samantha & Jayden; Cathy Redman & children Kyle & Cristy; Steven (Janice) & children Bradley & Taylor; and the youngest Julie Fagenallo (Rick) & children Cara, Jordon, Leah, Amy & Ryan.
I would like to thank Jackie (David’s neighbor) in Victoria – his extended family, for spending and sharing time with him through good & bad times.
Miss you David – Love your family.
A gathering will be held on Saturday, December 15th at 2:00 pm at the First Memorial Funeral Home at 1720 Bowen Road, Nanaimo, BC
