Terry passed away peacefully on Wed., May 11th. Survived by his loving wife Lucille, sons Jack (Pearl), Tyler and Jay and daughter Heather (Lee) Grandchildren: Shayenn, Parisa, Emma, Joshua and Christian. Brothers: Rod Wiebe (Lynne) and Tom Moore Sister: Gladys Johnsen. Predeceased by his sister Elaine Van Horne.
Terry worked as a crane operator/instructor in the logging industry for over forty years, served as a board member of IWA, Local 1-85 and on the Port Alberni Labour Council.
Terry was charming, witty, humorous and well-read. He had a unique outlook on life and loved nothing better than to regale his family and friends with extensive recollections of his life’s events. He had an endless repertoire of jokes and anecdotes.
