GALBRAITH, Duncan Morrison
born in Churchbridge, Saskatchewan on
October 22, 1924, and a longtime resident
of Parksville, B.C., passed away in
Nanaimo Regional Hospital
on December 23, 2003 at the age of 79.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Betty; sons Doug (Tammy), Glenn (Denise) and Alan (Jennifer); grandchildren Keith (Anamarija) and Kent, Devon (Sean) and Jacob and expected grandchild in June. He is also survived by brothers Gordon (Audrey) and John (Marion); sister-in-law Amelia and brother-in-law Ron (Jean). Duncan served in the Royal Canadian Air force in both war time and peace time and also spent many years with Canada Post in Parksville. He will be remembered as a kind hearted, generous person who was much loved, and he will be missed by all who knew him.
In honour of Duncan’s wishes,
a family celebration of his life will be held.
