It’s with great sadness we announce Mom’s passing at the Qualicum Manor on July 26, 2014.
Mom was predeceased by her husband Bill Workman, her parents, David and Myrtle Richardson, two brothers and one sister.
Mom is lovingly remembered by her two children: Marilyn (Dale) Gratton of Chilliwack, BC, and Brent (Debra) Johnson from Qualicum Beach, BC.
“Nana” will be greatly missed by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom will be going home to Brandon, MB where some of her best memories with her late husband, Floyd Johnson, who passed in 1963. Floyd was the love and the joy of her life and they were meant to be together for eternity.
Interment at Rosewood Memorial Gardens,
Brandon, MB at a later date.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude to Doctor Peter Haslett, who is truly a gentleman and a caring soul. Also to Liz and all the staff of the Qualicum Manor, who treated Mom with such care and dignity.
Those we love don’t go away,
they walk beside us every day.
Unseen, unheard but always near.
