ERNEST HENRIK MUUS
September 26, 1935 - October 6, 2014
Ernest passed peacefully in his home on Monday, October 6, 2014. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved wife of 50 years, Connie; son Allan (Terry) Muus of Beckwith Township, Ontario; granddaughter Jessica Muus; brother Georg (Antje) Muus; mother-in-law Hansine Beck; sisters-in-law Elinor, Vivi (John), and Linda (Mike) of Ontario, Gurli (Alvar) of France; brothers-in-law John (Claudette) and Ken (Michelle) of British Columbia. Ernest was predeceased by his son David Eric in 2006.
Ernest was a longtime member of the Britannia Yacht Club in Ottawa, Ontario and Collins Bay Yacht Club in Kingston, Ontario.
A Memorial Service will be held in Ernest’s honour at 2:00pm on Tuesday, October 14, at Yates Funeral Chapel, 1000 Allsbrook Road, Parksville, British
Columbia.
