CUMMINE, George Philip
Born September 22, 1913 in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba, grew up in Melville, Sask. and worked with Dominion Electric and Canadian Utilities in various Saskatchewan communities. He married Dolores Bourassa and settled in Lloydminster, Sask. in 1944. George passed away in Nanaimo January 14, 2010.
He is survived by his wife Dolores of 72 years; daughters Dolores (Roy) Kuziw, Victoria, BC; Heather (Ed) Breaux, Mount Shasta City, California; Geraldine (Doug) Madill, Sask; Marian (Lloyd) Steinkey, Lloydminster, Alta; Son Lachlan (Theresa) Lloydminster Sask.; 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren; 2 brothers Harry (Rita), Winnipeg Man; and William in Saskatoon, Sask.
Funeral Service will be held in the
Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services
1720 Bowen road, Nanaimo, B.C.
